It is our goal to provide best in class products and services and we are continuously checking the quality of our Product keys.
Mert Tech Software Solutions do not offer returns or refunds for digital licenses or product keys. Purchase is considered complete and final after order has been delivered to the customer’s preferred email address.
Payment refunds will be issued for undelivered orders only.
To ensure our customers are satisfied with the product(s) they purchased, we offer 24/7 FREE Customer Assistance – This includes, but not limited to troubleshooting, installation guides, request of screenshots, and/or desktop remote (with use of Microsoft Quick Assist, ANYDESK, or any available secured desktop remote apps).
Mert Tech Software Solutions will process and validate the product key(s) through manufacturer verification to make sure the product key(s) has not yet been activated or tampered with.
Software compatibility is the customer’s responsibility. Check the computer or software manufacturers website for system compatibility, and/or upgradability.
